ACTIVITIIES :

1. (45 minutes)Car come to pick up the guest and chef go to Ben Thanh Market ( 45 minutes with chef at the market):Each customer will experience and directly feel the excitement of the local market that be a part of VN people' daily lives. Here, you will learn how to select ingredients and how exotic meats and products are incorporated into traditional vietnamese cooking .

2. ( Spend about 20minutes) Transfer you to the cooking class, you have welcome drink at desk, enjoy an exotic cocktail and explore Vietnamese culinary culture, delve into regional ingredients, herbs, and spices.
3. ( Spend 2.5 hours ) Prepare 4 -course meal at your own private cook-station with our chef, observe our facilities where our staff will lead you choose enough appropriate spices to use for your 4 dishes. Each guest is allocated a cooking area, provided provided with all the necessary ingredients to complete the meticulously selected Vietnamese culinary menu. Our chef guides you through cooking methods, along with your cooking techniques to create the perfect dish.
